Our team aims to empower people to overcome challenges and push ahead in confidence, with a clear, attainable goal in mind. 

CAS is committed to helping local people find opportunities for employment and training. We are situated in the middle of huge regeneration and development and we want to ensure that local people can take advantage of the great opportunities the new developments offer.

Our employment support is a free service and an essential resource to help local people identify the right training courses and find work. Our employment team provides high quality support, matching skills and experience to roles, with free interview skills training and help with CVs and applications. We use our local knowledge and connections to give people more work options and control over their direction.
